*Terms of Service:
The General Silver membership is $85 per month. This includes one acupuncture treatment a month and will lock in the rate of $85 for as many additional acupuncture treatments each month as you want.
The General Gold membership is $160 per month. This includes two acupuncture treatments a month and will lock in the rate of $80 for as many additional acupuncture treatments each month as you want.
The General Platinum membership is $300 per month. This includes four acupuncture treatments a month and will lock in the rate of $75 for as many additional acupuncture treatments each month as you want.
The Pregnancy Pamper Me membership is a one-time fee of $845. This includes ten one-hour acupuncture treatments during your pregnancy and postpartum period and will lock in the rate of $85 per additional treatment for a duration of 2 months postpartum.
The Pregnancy Pamper Me Deluxe membership is a one-time fee of $1455. This includes four one-hour acupuncture treatments and six extended acupuncture treatments (4x1.5 hours, 2x2 hours) during your pregnancy, and two one-hour acupuncture treatments during the first month of your postpartum period, and will lock in the rate of $85 per additional treatment for a duration of 2 months postpartum. The Pregnancy Pamper Me Deluxe membership also includes the following additional services: a postpartum health consultation, a moxibustion nourishing and strengthening treatment, and incorporates custom essential oils and a guided meditation into each treatment. Also included in any of our memberships is a 20% discount off the first visit with each of our allied PUSH practitioners, and an ongoing 10% off all products and selected classes.
There are no setup fees to enroll in auto-debit. Billing occurs on the first of every month. This is an individual membership with a monthly payment requirement and is non-transferable. The paid amount does not expire and any unused visits will roll over to the following month. To cancel or make any changes to your monthly membership, a 30 days notice in writing is required.
If at any time our prices increase, we are required to give you 30 days notice of this increase. You then have the option to cancel or continue your membership at the new specified rate and any previous roll-over visits will still be honored at their original rate. This membership is subject to termination at any time by either party, when given 30 days notice. If there are accrued visits in the account when membership is cancelled, the member will have 30 days to redeem those visits. After 30 days post cancellation, all unredeemed membership services will no longer be available for redemption.
We require 24-hour notice of the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, otherwise the monthly treatment is considered redeemed or a cancellation/no show fee of $50 can be paid to reinstate your monthly membership treatment redemption. In the event that there are insufficient funds from which to withdraw the monthly fee or a payment, an insufficient funds fee of $25 will be charged to your account and membership will be frozen until the payment is made in full.
