PAYMENT: Your session fee is your retainer, due at the time of booking to secure your date, and as such Photographer will not make the date/time available to any future clients. In the event that the session is cancelled by the client for any reason, the session fee will be retained as liquidated damages and will not be refunded. For full portrait sessions only, a one-time courtesy rescheduling will be offered for emergencies only. Clients who wish to reschedule the session for personal convenience, more than 30 days prior to the session date, may do so one time without penalty, subsequent schedule changes will result in loss of session fee. Clients who wish to reschedule less than 30 days in advance for personal convenience will be assessed a $100 rebooking fee, unless Photographer is able to re-book the date with a session of equal or greater value. Packages are not refundable in whole or part once purchased. Should client choose not to redeem any portion of a package, any remaining amount paid will be retained as liquidated damages. In the event that Client fails to remit payment as specified, Photographer shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with no further obligation to refund money (including the aforementioned retainer), or to attend the Session. Payments refused or returned by Client's bank will be subject to a $35 fee and must be replaced within 5 business days.
