The 1st appointment will be approximately 2 hours long and we will discuss your health and well-being in great detail. Suggestions for change will be offered during this time. Then at each follow up session there will be a good 25mins of review time to discuss further suggestions or review what you have already put into action. If a long review is not needed, additional treatments such as fire cupping or more time consuming treatments maybe used as appropriate. At the follows you will be left to rest with your needles in for around 30-40 mins, this gives you lots of time to really unwind and switch off, allowing the treatment to have full effect.
