PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

*We require a copy of renter's license or ID at the time rental is accessed.

Required for your first visit/rehearsal:

• Arrive 20 minutes early. So if your rehearsal is scheduled for 6pm, arrive at 5:40pm to fill out some paperwork and issue you your door access code. We also require a copy of your state issued ID or driver's license.
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without calling, you will be considered a no show and may be at risk of losing your rehearsal appointment and fees.

1. Expiration:

• • Membership hours must be used within 30 days of purchase date.
  • All memberships auto renew every 30 days unless you cancel your membership. Cancel at anytime, but if cancelled during an active 30 day membership (you've already used membership hours), no refunds will be issued but you can redeem any remaining time left in the membership as long as done so within your 30-day membership. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you wish to do so, otherwise you will be automatically charged for a membership each month.
  • We are happy to refund your membership if you forget to cancel on time AND you have not used any of your membership hours.
  • You may not cancel your membership if you have used any hours, you must finish out and cancel when eligible.
  • Unused hours will not rollover to the next month.

2. Membership Criteria:

• • One artist/band/group/oraganization per membership. More than one artist/band/group/organization is not permitted to split or share a membership. This will be strictly monitored.
    • Please note if a single individual in your band/group/organization uses the rehearsal space, that counts towards your membership hours and will be deducted.

3. Guest Policy:

• Only band/group members and those directly involved with the rehearsal are permitted inside the rehearsal area and studio. No friends, family or children please unless they are directly involved with your rehearsal/production.

4. Session Cancellations:

• • Must be received via telephone/voicemail.
  • Members have one opportunity every 90 days to reschedule a rehearsal without a penalty. If you have already used your allowance in a period of 90 days and request another cancellation within that same 90 day period, the amount of hours cancelled will be deducted from your membership and no refunds will be issued.

5. Setup & Tear Down:

• • Member is allotted complimentary setup and tear down time; 15 minutes to setup and 15 minutes to tear down.
  • Member is required to vacate the studio at the end of their 15 minute tear down. During peak hours, it is very likely that another band will be rehearsing immediately after you. So for example, if you rehearsal ends at 8:30pm, you must be out of the studio by 8:45pm, as there is a chance another band will begin loading in at 8:45pm.
  • If Member is using the drum kit and cymbals, it is Member's responsibility to set up and put away equipment exactly as how it was found in terms of placement and packaging.

6. Door Access / Security Codes:

• • Member is only authorized to enter the studio when they have scheduled and purchased a rental.
  • Member's entry and exit codes serve as clock in and clock out times. Member is only permitted to be in the studio for the amount of rental hours scheduled, plus a combined 30 minutes for load in/load out.
  • Any unauthorized entry or any client that remains in studio after allotted rental time will be reported to authorities as trespassing.
  • If you need to re-enter the studio after you've clocked out for any reason, please call or text us otherwise an unauthorized re-entry may be reported as trespassing.
  • Member will not give any other party the code. If Member suspects someone obtained/used code, PPS must be contacted immediately by phone.
  • If Member forgets 4-digit code and PPS cannot be reached outside of office hours to retrieve code and Member cannot access rental, PPS cannot be held responsible for lost rental and no refunds will be given.
  • Important: Staff, engineers, etc, will not always be on site and will not be available at all times. If Member needs the assistance of an audio engineer, the Add Engineer option must be chosen at the time rental is booked. If Member need console or equipment training, that option must be chosen when booking.
  • If immediate assistance is needed for a non-emergency, please call or text 317-678-7529. For an emergency, please call 911.

• • Rehearsal Memberships: Allen & Heath Mix Wiz3 mixer, 2 pro monitor wedges, microphones, stands and cables, 5-pc drum kit, cymbals, guitar amp
  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT THAT YOU ARE NOT RENTING OR DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE.
  • NO PERSONAL EQUIPMENT STORAGE. Any stored belongings of any kind will be disposed of as we see fit.

• • No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances are to be brought onto the premises.
  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside studio.

• • MEMBER WILL BE CHARGED A $25 PENALTY FOR EACH OCCURRENCE WHEN:
    • Equipment is NOT turned off
    • Studio lights are NOT turned off
    • Thermostat in rental space is NOT turned off
    • Entry door is NOT locked with code
  • MEMBER WILL BE CHARGED A $175 CLEANING FEE FOR ANY EXCESS TRASH OR MESS LEFT IN STUDIO SPACE.
  • RENTER WILL BE CHARGED $125 PER BULK ITEM LEFT IN THE STUDIO

The terms and fees outlined here may not be disclosed with third parties. Any breach or violation of this agreement shall be addressed in a court of competent jurisdiction in the federal or state courts.
