TERMS of SERVICE:

Your purchase of our services implies and affirms your consent to these conditions, in full.
All payments are made in advance. Service will not be provided without an advance deposit in place.
As a standard, payments are made in full at the beginning of each period. If you are in a position which requires you to split your program investment into a couple payments, please inquire. While we are a business, we are not without heart or understanding.
It is the client's responsibility to optimally and completely utilize the appointment credits provided in their coaching program. Unless otherwise stated in writing by us, credits will not carry over or be extended beyond the commitment term.
Appointments may only be rescheduled within the same billing cycle. No carryovers; forward or backward.
We have a 12-hour advance notice requirement for a no-charge appointment cancellation. All notices of less than 12 hours will count as if the appointment occurred. So please go online and reschedule as soon as you are aware of a conflict.
In the case of auto-renewing subscription based services, a minimum 15-day advance written notice prior to the end of your program is required to prevent its automatic renewal and billing. At this point we are already making plans and preparing for your next cycle. Notices must be delivered via email or as an in-app text message (in our training app or in your Google Spaces channel).
Refunds will only be considered for services and programs not yet initiated and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Any approved refund will include deductions for services already rendered and our processing costs plus a $45 administrative fee.
Late, returned, or refused payments will incur our cost + a $35.00 administrative fee.
