I do not offer refunds. If you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours in advance, you can reschedule if there is an available time. Keep in mind that I block out your appointment on my schedule, which means someone else was unable to schedule that time slot. Booking appointments you know you can't keep is not cool. Regardless of the level of consulting you have purchased, you can still be removed at any time and for any reason, at my discretion. In this case, partial refunds may apply based on context and on a case-by-case basis, also at my discretion. This policy is in place to help maintain the highest possible level of productivity and support for all my clients.
We do not tolerate chargeback threats or actual chargebacks from your credit or debit card company. In the event a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase if you have not made a good-faith effort to seek a refund (where valid) or other resolution from us first, you will be in breach of these terms; you agree that if you violate these terms you will owe us both the sum charged to us by our merchant service provider and a sum based on the time spent at $250 per hour in dealing with your breach of contract; and we reserve the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies or any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or listing as non-payment on your account which could have a negative impact on your credit rating.
I record all my sessions unless the client requests otherwise. If you ask me to, I can enable recording for you so you can also record our session and when the meeting ends Zoom will save the recording to your computer. The recording is private; you should not post or share it with anyone. If at some point I want to use any part of these recordings (such as a short clip from our session as part of a case study or testimonial) on any publicly visible platform, I will discuss it with you first and ask for your permission. I will also allow you to preview the clip and I will explain the context of its intended use. In these situations I welcome any feedback.
