Two-part class taught by Dr Ellie Wheeler aimed at anyone concerned about their current or future mental health during and after pregnancy. It is not a therapy group but is designed to help inform you about normal emotional changes during pregnancy, ‘baby blues’ vs. postpartum depression, and to provide you with proactive strategies for managing common mental health issues and provide information on where to gain further support. Participants will not be asked to share any personal information.
Parents are welcome to sign up for a single class or purchase the bundle and then select a prenatal class date and postpartum class date.
