While you wait to receive your test kit, which may take up to 4 business days after the order is placed, I will send you instructions to collect the sample.

Lastly, you will receive a couple of health questionnaires for you to complete/submit 72 hours prior to your R&R session.

During our 90-minute session, we will discuss your FBCA report and based on the findings, you will walk away with initial recommendations including dietary, supplementation, and other lifestyle interventions. If needed, I will also recommend further testing.
