By purchasing a Vintage Garden Spa electronic gift voucher, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value ( they may not be exchanged for cash).
Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date and will become void after that date.
Should the intended recipient be unable to use the voucher then it may be transferred to another person without charge.
Our general booking terms & conditions still apply to the purchase of all gift vouchers. Please see our cancellation policy for appointments.
All gift vouchers purchased through the website are electronic (E-vouchers only).
Should I purchase a gift voucher and then wish to request a complimentary hand made gift card, I understand this will be subject to availability and I will need to collect it from Vintage garden Spa via a mutually agreed date/time.
*Please note that as we are a home based spa we do not accept passing trade or 'drop in' purchases - appointments must be made for collection of our handmade vouchers.
