I look forward to working together with you. Here are a few things I'd like you to know..

I will call you at the time of your appointment. If you are not there, I will call again in 2 minutes. If you are not there, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
All sessions outside of the USA and Canada will be via Whatsapp. audio-only. Please make sure you have entered your country code along your phone number.

Cancellation and Rescheduling.
I know that sometimes it's impossible to keep our appointments amidst the chaos of our busy lives. If you can't keep your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule at lindareichert@hotmail.com.
Missed appointments are disruptive and inconvenient, especially to those that are seeking an appointment. As a result, sessions missed or having to be rescheduled without providing a 24 hour notice via phone 805 279 2297, or email will be charged for the full session.
