The obligations of the participant

- Do not divulge private information

- Do not copy or publish worksheets and videos

- if you receive a video recording you can use it only for your personal study, do not divulge it

- if you cannot come to a conversation class/session please let the teacher know if it is possible

Terms of refund

- If lesson 1:1 is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given

- If the student 1:1 doesn’t show up for whatever reason, no refund is given

- the program/membership/courses are not refundable, if you cannot commit to the study or/and come to the live sessions you will receive the material anyhow but you cannot claim money back. Only in case of serious illness problem you can discuss this further with the coach and find an agreement to postpone the course/membership.

- If you want to stop the course/membership please let Time to be Italian know but remember the course/membership already paid is not refundable
