This package is a 60-minute consult and Functional Genomic Analysis test kit. This saliva collection kit will be shipped to you with a postage-paid return label. The raw data is over 20,000 snps and a comprehensive 60+page report. You will also get a link to input your symptoms in your customer dashboard at https://dnasupplementation.com Your login credentials will be emailed to you after your order is completed.

Your Functional Genomics Replacement Kit - $75.00

Replacement kits can be requested due to the following reasons:
Spilled the preservative
Consuming food or liquids within 30-minutes of collecting the sample
Brushing teeth within 30-minutes of collecting the sample
Chewing gum within 30-minutes of collecting the sample
Smoking within 30-minutes of collecting the sample
Sealing the sample with an unknown/known object in saliva
Sample was not received by the lab
Sample was submitted to the lab and there was leakage due to not properly securing the lid to the tube resulting in not enough sample for testing

Please note, a replacement kits may be sent for free if one of the following criteria are met.
Kit arrives to the recipient without cap – Requires photo evidence and kit must be unopened
Kit arrives to the recipient with spilled/dried up preservative - Requires photo evidence and kit must be unopened
