Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates purchased for Blue Lotus Massage & Bodywork never expire.
Certificates purchased online may be printed or sent via email.
Should I need a more traditional card stock gift certificate, I can contact Jami at Bluelotusmassageandbodywork@gmail.com to set up a pick up of the certificate at 433 West End Blvd, Winston-Salem, or make arrangements to pay for postage/shipping.
Gift certificates for limited seasonal specials are ideally intended to be used around the season of purchase. Should the recipient chose to redeem their certificate at a much later time, certain products (scented creams, scrubs, etc) used in the specialized session may no longer be available, but the massage therapist will do her best to accommodate this with a product or service of similar value.

All Packages:

Packages expire 3 years after the date of purchase.
Packages will be tracked here in the software and in your paper file. If I have questions about the remaining value/sessions on my package I may ask my therapist to check and clarify the amount.
If for any reason you are unable to use all paid sessions, the balance may be converted to gift certificates of the remaining amount. No refunds will be given.

Post-Op Lymphatic Massage Package Payment Plans:

The amount of your chosen payment plan will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card as outlined by the plan. (Every 3 weeks for Package #1, and every 2 weeks for Package #2 (BBL pkg.)
This plan may only be used by the purchasing client and cannot be shared.
Services outlined in your plan are not eligible for any other discounts or promotions.
If your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you may be charged a $20 insufficient funds fee. You will be contacted to update your account with a working payment method.
You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, and I am unable to fill your appointment, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the total amount of services. If you must change, cancel or reschedule within 4 hours of your scheduled service, or are a “no-show” for an appointment, you will be charged the full price for the service(s), resulting in the loss of that session.
You have the right to receive a notice in the event that any changes are made to the terms and conditions of your plan that will vary the amount to be periodically billed to your account.
Blue Lotus Massage & Bodywork reserves the right to change clinic rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.
Any unused sessions expire after 3 years. If for any reason you are unable to use all paid sessions, the balance may be converted to gift certificates of the remaining amount. No refunds will be given.

MLD Membership Subscription:

One 90 Minute MLD session per month at $135 (Regular rate = $150.)
10% off of any additional (MLD or massage) sessions booked within the same month.
Sessions roll over to the following month I needed.
Clients must give 1 months notice of cancellation of membership. - In other words, upon cancellation, depending on when the plan is cancelled - your card may be charged for that month but will not be for the following month.
