COVID-19 booking policy
Please remember that

A properly worn a mask over the nose and mouth is required. If you don't have a KF-94 or higher quality mask, you will be provided with one.
A negative rapid antigen test, taken by you on the day of your appointment, is also required. Bring the card/test strip with you to your appointment.

Please wait to book your appointment if, in the last 14 days, you or anyone in your household has:

Tested positive for COVID-19, diagnosed with COVID-19, or currently is still waiting for the test results.
Been asked to self-isolate or quarantine
Been around anyone who's exihibited symptoms or been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Had any symptoms:
- Cold or Flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath)
- Recent loss of taste or sense of smell
- New discomfort with exertion or exercise
- Unexplained sores on the feet
- Sudden unexplained bruising, skin discoloration, or rash
- Unexplained muscle/body aches or pain
- Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
