By purchasing a class(es) with Venus Pole & Fitness you agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy: Students must cancel classes/private lessons online no fewer than 12 hours prior to class start time in order to keep class credit. Cancelling with the class instructor but not online could result in loss of class/private lesson credit. In the event of a studio closure, all students will be credited for class(es)/Private lessons. No refunds will be issued. For series classes, students must purchase all applicable weeks, however, series that are not full may be available on a drop-in basis. Missed classes/private lessons may/may not be made up at instructor's discretion. Series students will not be permitted a make up class for no shows. Series students must cancel online no fewer than 12 hours in advance in order to avoid forfeiture of a make up class. Students may only receive one make up class per series. Private lessons may only be rescheduled one time or at the instructor’s discretion. Students who no show multiple times may/may not be permitted to schedule classes online in the future

Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds will be issued.

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, closures will be announced on social media pages. We do not follow school closures. Cancellation policy remains in effect.

We do not welcome spectators. Anyone in the class, must be a paying client. No exceptions.
