All memberships are non-refundable. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation policy, a massage from your membership WILL be forfeited. If it is your subsequent massage for the month, your card on file will be charged for 100% of your membership service fee. If you cannot make your appointment and do not want to pay the fee, you are more than welcome to send in a friend or family member to take your spot.

Membership sessions are not valid with in home massage or Roseville Pop Ups. They can only be used in my Grass Valley location.
