BEGINNER YOGA SERIES 4 WKS
Beginner Yoga Series
If you are new to yoga or if you want to deepen your foundational knowledge, this class is for you! In this four-week series, we will learn alignment and variations of the core yoga poses. We’ll be introduced to basic yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness, and meditation.
Each class builds onto the next. By the end of our four weeks together, you will have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take a yoga class with the ability to modify any pose to honor your own body. This will be a fun, safe, and accessible yoga experience!
