Membership Includes:
> 12 Memberships Hours: You can reserve up to 12 hours in any of our spaces every month during the designated Member Hours.

Member Hours are:
> Mondays - Thursdays from 7am to 9pm
> Fridays from 7am to 4pm

> Elevate: 12 Hours at $37.50/hr
> Enhance: 8 Hours at $43.75/hr
> Emerge: 4 Hours at $50/hr

What happens once I pay?
> Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email that includes a link to schedule your membership hours. Please bookmark this link so that you can easily access it for the duration of your membership.

FAQs:
> Can I add on more hours? Yes, members are able to add on additional hours at their membership tier hourly rate.
> Is there a commitment? Yes, due to the nature of the membership, there is a 3 month commitment for the membership. You can upgrade your membership during that time, but you can not go down to a lower tier. After your 3 months are up, you may cancel at any time. Please note, that you have to cancel 48 hours before your membership renews to ensure you are not charged. Details on how to cancel will be provided. No refunds will be provided if you do not cancel ahead of time.
> When will I be charged? Your billing cycle is 30 days after your initial purchase. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your membership renewal date.
> Can I have an event in the Loft or Club CEO with my membership hours? Yes! Enhance and Elevate Members can have 1 event per month in either of these spaces. You can have up to 65 people in the Loft and up to 50 people in Club CEO. There is a $75 cleaning fee for all events, and please note that all furniture remains in the space and it must be placed back in its original location before your booking time is complete.
> When does my regular booking turn into an event booking? If you plan to have over 12 people, including yourself and any help that you may need, it is considered an event and will have a $75 cleaning fee for the booking to ensure that it is properly cleaned and ready for other members and guests.
> What if I don't use all of my hours? Due to the nature of this membership, your unused hours will not roll over to another month.
