Payment can be made monthly for the duration of the series or made as a one off payment fee which will be agreed prior to the commencement of our series.
If at the time we first connect I have had to place you on a waiting list, regardless of when we will have your first full session, you will be invoiced for your first month of coaching, which acts as a deposit for your place. Your place on my waiting list is not considered fully reserved until this invoice is paid.
Please note that coaching fees are strictly non refundable. If for any reason you, the client, decide not to continue the coaching series you will still be charged in full for the full fee of the series.
If payments are declined due to insufficient funds, or at the fault of the client, a £5 dishonour fee will be applied to the owed amount per day until the payment is successfully processed.
Once we begin the coaching series I, the coach, consider myself to be fully committed to you, the client, and your journey. I know you will be committed to you too.
This commitment includes you going through the entire coaching series from start to finish, including the accompanying financial commitment. No part of your coaching series is refundable. If for any reason you are unable to finish our coaching series you are liable for the full amount of the series.
Upon completion of the coaching series, coaching will cease unless you wish to extend the series and a new coaching agreement will need to be discussed.
Please note that at any point during the journey if you are feeling dissatisfied or upset it is your responsibility to initiate communication with me as your coach to work through and hold true to your commitment. I am here to serve you. I will meet you half-way and ask from you to do the same, and to do the work, by going fully in.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation for your session done by me ahead of time. I value our time together and know you will too by respecting and keeping your appointment.
I understand sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. In the event of this scenario, I encourage you wherever possible to please give me as much notice as you can to change our usual time. If you cancel a session within 24 hours then your session will be deducted from your package.
Each of your sessions will range from 60-90 minutes depending on what you may be working through and what you may need additional support on during that time.
It is very rare for me to run late for your session. If this does occur I will endeavour, with your permission, to extend your session time.
If you arrive late for your appointment please be aware that due to other appointments or commitments, it is unlikely I will be able to extend your session time. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your session, it is greatly appreciated if you could please let me know this with as much notice as possible.
When conducting sessions on Zoom you will notice that I wear a pair of earphones. This is to create a better quality of sound and cancel out ambient noise. If you have a pair of earphones it is recommended you use them too.
If for any reason your computer camera is not working I will turn mine off as well. It is much more difficult to work when one person can see the other and the other can’t, rather than both being visual or not. Please be aware that just because we cannot see each other does not mean I am working in any more a relaxed way than if you can see me. I give my full attention to every client I see no matter the circumstances.
Please also be aware that if working from a mobile rather than using a wifi connection to use Zoom, it can impact the quality of the call (particularly video) considerably. I use a stable connection for the best quality possible, but if you are using a mobile this may impact the quality and speed of our connection. In this instance, it is usually best to turn the camera off from both ends. Please note this is also the case if you are on a data plan and have used up most of that data slowing your speed down.
Where possible, if we are able to conduct our sessions in person then I will arrange a safe space for us meet and connect in either a therapy room locally or privately rented space where we will not be disturbed during our time together.
All matters discussed between us whether in person, via phone, Zoom or email, remain fully confidential. I keep and dispose of your records in accordance with appropriate privacy laws.
I welcome you contacting me via email and Voxer between our sessions. This is a service I provide to all my clients which you are welcome to use and you will be surprised at how much we can ‘shift, grow, develop and move’ via email and Voxer alone.
You will only gain wonderful momentum in your coaching series if you undertake agreed actions between coaching sessions. You agree to perform all actions set for you between sessions and advise me with as much notice as possible if they are not going to be completed. You will not hold me responsible for not achieving (in whole or part) any of your goals and recognise that outside of coaching sessions your stated actions can only be carried out by yourself.
You acknowledge that the coaching series may be personally challenging and give rise to feelings such as resistance, fear, distress and self doubt. You will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you in the event of mental, physical or emotional stress or distress caused directly or indirectly in relation to your coaching series. You will indemnify me in the event of any such claim.
Life coaching, which is not therapy or counselling, will address specific personal goals in the client’s life.
You have no right to use or reproduce any of the processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies or materials used by me in your coaching series, outside your coaching series. You must not at any time reproduce materials given to you except for your own personal use.
The Death By Lycra Collective // Francesca Elizabeth Williams agrees to:
- Provide the client coaching services to facilitate the achievement of your stated goals as per this coaching agreement.
- Hold all information disclosed in the coaching sessions in confidence.
The Client agrees to:
- Arrive at each session on time, regardless of whether it is held over the phone, online or in person.
- Take full responsibility for his/her choices and decisions during coaching.
- Have funds available in their account for payment processing at least two (2) days before the scheduled charge date.
- Ensure any changes (contact info, payment info, etc.) are advised.
I the client am 100% responsible for all actions and non-actions. I am 100% responsible for all results and non-results.
By agreeing below, I agree to the above terms and conditions.
We are bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the length of our coaching series.
