Girls between the ages of 13 and 16 are at a critical turning point, where so many are dropping out of sports and hiding behind screens. The mission of our WOF CROSSFIT Miss Fits program is to INSPIRE and MOTIVATE girls to stick with sports(or try a new one). This program will foster a community of fitness ‘sisters’, in a safe and supportive environment lead by a positive and empowering role model.

Coach Ana, a powerful and highly-skilled athlete with a down-to-earth attitude and approachable nature, will lead the girls through fun and challenging workouts. The Miss Fits will learn new skills, build strength and gain confidence. They will be encouraged to work hard and persevere – even when they feel like giving up!

Following the workout, the group will discuss and record their bright spots from the workout and have the chance to reflect on their week. Catalyst Miss Fits will build strong girls, create strong friendships and ignite a love for fitness to last a lifetime.

What is it?
Lots of squats, deadlifts, fancy glutes strength training and accessory work to help us, ladies, to get stronger & more toned.

Glutes are incredibly important, but they're often weak and underworked.

Once our glutes stop firing, our hip flexors (the muscles that pull the thigh forward) get tight and can lead to injury. ... Your glutes work to stabilize the pelvis and keep the integrity of movement in the hip joint. When they're strong, your lower back doesn't bear the brunt of your motion. And strong glutes can prevent knee pain!

We have been experimenting with a new programming and it's truly amazing!

Our goal with the Barbell Bettys is to help you increase your strength and knowledge in lifting with classes led by coach Anastasia.
