I offer both individual sessions, as well as workshops and classes all designed to support you in transforming old patterns so that you can access your most wise, empowered and authentic self.

For optimum flexibility, my services are available both in person, and via Skype for those who are outside of the San Diego area. In person appointments and most workshops and classes take place in my healing space in La Mesa, CA, just off the 94.
