1. INFORMATION FOR PRIVATE MEDIUMSHIP SESSIONS:

WHAT TO EXPECT

When making a connection for clients, Anna does a combination of mediumship, energy/psychic/intuitive reading and energy healing. Anna intends for her connection with you and your Spirit Team to bring healing and messages that are most relevant for you in your life at this time and for your time together to be for the highest good of everyone.

For first time readings, we ask that you please refrain from sharing information with Anna about yourself or your intentions for your time with her. She wants you to feel an authentic connection and allow the evidential information to surface first. After a few minutes of allowing the connection to unfold, you can then focus on your desired intention or questions if you haven't already begun to do so.

Please be open to the evidence that comes through from your guides and loved ones. Because they communicate using the library of Anna's brain and references to bring what has meaning to you, they are finding the things that will stand out for both you and her in order to reach you. So don't get stuck on wanting to receive that one key word or image that you desire most or think will come through. For this reason, it is important that you follow your intuition and book a session with who you are most drawn to working with.

Anna's work with Spirit only allows positive loving messages, healing and guidance to come through. She does not receive or deliver negatively charged messages.

It is important to choose the correct session type for the number of participants you would like to have involved in your session. Please reach out to us before your session if the number of participants changes so that we can make the appropriate changes.

ASKING QUESTIONS

YES and NO questions are great! They are generally very accurate. You can ask other kinds of questions too, just try to keep your questions focused on one thing at a time. You may ask your passed loved ones questions or you may ask general questions about your life and loved ones.

Anna does not focus on future telling, though she is given information sometimes to share with clients about what may happen or how their talents or abilities could benefit the highest good. The future, like the weather, can and often does change based on our free will.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Like all mediums, Anna cannot guarantee a connection with a specific spirit that you may desire. It is very likely to happen, but it may not. It is up to the Spirit world and your connection with her and your Spirit team at that time what spirit connections and guidance may surface in your session. Anna delivers what she receives and asks you to agree to be open to the evidence, gifts and connections that are being presented to you.

Anna will do her best to make a meaningful, loving and clear connection for you. This almost always happens. There are some rare cases in which it is not possible, and it is not always clear why. You will recognize this situation if the information coming through in the reading is overwhelmingly not accurate. Since you are the one confirming and validating the information, it is important that you speak up if this is happening. Anna may recognize it, but you will know more than she. As soon as you recognize this, please speak up. Anna will discontinue and can suggest other practitioners or to try again another time.

We will offer a 75% discount if this is identified before half way through the session. Because it takes effort and work for Anna to connect, she will need to charge her full fee if you wait until the end or just before to tell her things aren't working for you.

RECORDINGS

Any recordings of sessions or classes are for your personal use only and not to be distributed or used in any way commercially or shared publicly.

CANCELLATION, MISSED APPOINTMENT & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We do not accept cancellations. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. If you are late to your session, the length of your session will be shorter. If more than 15 minutes late with no contact, we will consider the appointment missed and there will be no refund for the missed appointment. In the case of an emergency we will work together to find the best solution.

2. INFORMATION FOR CLASSES, WORKSHOPS:

LEARNING WITH ANNA

In this class, you will learn different methods of tapping into and enhancing your intuition, practice trusting your intuitive abilities, as well as learning about understanding energy and spirit connection.

When we learn about how to interpret energy and listen to our intuition in a community atmosphere, we all play a critical role in witnessing and validating our own and each other's experiences. We practice, gain skills quickly and dive deeper into our connection with our own spirits along with understanding how to connect with the spirit of all things.

Anna has three guidelines regarding sharing in class:

1. This class is a safe space. We respect that what happens here, stays here. You may share your own experiences outside of class, however, if you'd like to share someone else's story, their consent is essential.

2. In class, sharing what we are experiencing during our learning validates our own and other's experiences and is an essential part of allowing our intuition or inner knowing to have more trust and power. That being said, it is always okay to pass if sharing doesn't feel right or comfortable.

3. Though we generally share about our personal lives to get to know each other in a new setting, we ask that you please refrain from sharing very much information about yourself in order to allow others to have the chance to authentically intuit information about you through our exercises and practices.

RECORDINGS

Each Zoom class will be recorded and shared with the participants of the class for class member review purposes only and may not be distributed or used in any way commercially or shared publicly. These will be available for a limited time. We may also take screenshots of the class video to use for marketing purposes. CANCELLATION OR MISSED CLASS POLICY

We do not accept cancellations and we do not issue refunds. When you sign up, you begin an energetic commitment to your growth, connection and healing. We honor this on our end as you do on yours.

COVID-19 SAFETY

The health and safety of all participants and facilitators is of the highest priority, and we ask that all demonstrate diligent COVID-19 safety procedures during and for 10 days prior to the retreat. We will follow current CDC guidelines at the time our retreat takes place. If you have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out.

CANCELLATION OR MISSED CLASS/EVENT POLICY

We do not accept cancellations and we do not issue refunds. After signing this waiver and initiating payments to hold your space, you will not be entitled to a refund of any payments made for this retreat. We retain the right to continue to charge you for the remaining payments owed regardless of your participation and acknowledge your responsibility to notify us and provide updated payment information if your credit card details change. In the event of an emergency, please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will discuss the unique situation.

4. INFORMATION FOR COACHING PROGRAM

RECORDINGS

Recordings of your sessions are available by request. Please request this at the beginning of each session. We store recordings for 2 weeks in our cloud storage before they are deleted - please make sure to download your copy within that timeframe. Any recordings of sessions or classes are for your personal use only and not to be distributed or used in any way commercially or shared publicly.

RESCHEDULING OR MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

To reschedule an appointment, please use the button located in your "Appointment Confirmation" email, or reach out to us directly at connect@annablossom.us at least 48 hours before your schedule time. Missed appointments without contact are not refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments as necessary.

PAYMENT

Participation in this program begins with a minimum commitment of 3 months, and clients may choose to continue on in the program afterwards, if desired. This program auto-renews, and clients are responsible for terminating this auto-renewing program at their discretion after the initial 3 months. Details for cancelling your program can be found in any prior "Successful payment" email by following the orange button to "Change/Cancel Subscription." You may also simply email us at connect@annablossom.us to discuss pausing or terminating your participation. Any scheduled appointments that have not been paid for will be cancelled.

5. INFORMATION FOR MOMENTUM COLLECTIVE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You are signing up to attend sessions in person ongoing, every other week. There will be an average of two sessions per month. Some months may have three sessions, some two, and some sessions may fall on holidays or will not be available due to illness or travel. We will offer makeup dates when possible. The monthly cost is accommodating for this variance.

MISSED SESSIONS, PAUSING, AND CANCELLATIONS

There are no refunds for missed sessions. If you would like to postpone for a month due to travel or other circumstances, we can do that. Please provide at least 1 week notice. To discontinue your membership in the Momentum Collective, please also provide at least 1 week notice.

ILLNESS

If you are ill with a virus or infection, are unable to function well, or are coughing due to illness or have a fever please do not attend. You can take the time to rest or tap into the energy of the group on your own at home and work on your projects and development from there.

PHOTOS

MINDFULLY SHARING SPACE

Let’s create a loving container for all to have fun and to feel safe. What is said in our group, stays in our group. Gain consent from another before sharing their story.

When there are opportunities to share, please do! We validate our own and each other's experiences when we do this and validation is a very important and helpful part of growing, enjoying community, and trusting our intuition.

If you find that you desire to jump in to share as soon as an opportunity arises, notice, hold your thoughts and give another the space to be heard. If you find that you tend to pull back and desire to speak last or not at all, we encourage you to take the opportunity to step up, engage and fill the space.

ANTI RACISM

We are on an active anti racist journey. We recognize that we all have a lot of work to do as individuals and as a culture to dismantle very deeply ingrained values of white supremacy. With deep humility, we recognize that we are far from figuring this out! It is because of this that we feel it is very important to have guidelines around holding a safe space for the very real impact that white supremacy has on our culture, and especially has in the lived experiences of our Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) community members. We are constantly challenging ourselves to show up in the experience of learning and unlearning in all its difficulty, awkwardness and powerful awakening. In this experience, we are creating a mindful and welcome space for our BIPOC community members by stating this commitment and showing up in the moment to provide and facilitate this program as mindfully as possible.

We support our LGBTQIA+ community members. As we introduce ourselves we ask that you please share the pronouns you use if you are able. For example, my name is Anna and I use she/her pronouns. We do this to create a welcome and mindful space for those who may identify differently from the sex they were assigned at birth.
