Massage & Bodywork Packages
This package is scheduled out within 10-14 days. Allowing no time for tension to build up in your body, By the third bodywork session you feel your body transform and feel hydrated and nourished. Your circulation system is back online and we are ready to begin the next stage.
Our most popular package. Nine hours of bodywork split into six -90 min sessions during a 6 week time period. This package starts with the Unwind sequence and then adds three more sessions over the next several weeks to wring out your body of tension and discomfort.
These sessions are also paired with the FIT FLEX On demand program and give you an opportunity to advance on stress and tension relief.
