This course will teach you injury prevention methods. You will learn how to discover muscle imbalances and weaknesses. You will learn how to test the firing sequence of muscles. You will learn the best warm up techniques, how to prime muscles for heavy lifts and pre and post massage and stretching techniques. This will include lessons on utilising the foam roller and massage balls to their full potential. You will also learn how to sports tape as a preventative measure to reduce injuries in high impact sports.

This course will go over the most common injuries that affect work and training. You will learn the absolute and relative contraindications to these injuries. The course will cover alternative exercises. You will also learn sports strapping techniques.
