The Trainer's Obligations:

The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise to achieve the client’s goals. This will take into account: the client's age, health, lifestyle, background, occupation, fitness levels.

Health Screening - All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme or massage therapy. Your trainer may require a letter of 'medical clearance' from your GP depending on your health status.

Purchase of courses:

By purchasing any type of course /package /sessions, whether on line or in person, you are making a commitment to yourself and to Jev's RRFit to follow instructions and recommendations. Herein, all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

Massage Therapy Session Cancellation Policy:

48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments.

Notice of less then 12 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee. Jev's RRFit has to compensate the massage therapist and/or clinic for room rent, equipment rent and for keeping their time open for Customer.

Re-arranging a Massage/Therapy/Training Session: At least 12 hrs notice is required to re-arrange a session; this can only be done if the trainer has the availability you need.

If the trainer is unavailable to re-arrange, the session would either need to be kept or be cancelled.

You acknowledge that should you be late for your appointment the therapist has the right to alter the length of your session to suit the needs of the office schedule.

Informed Consent:

You understand that the treatment you receive is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension and myofascial pain conditions suitable for treatment using soft tissue therapies and exercises.

If you experience any pain during this session, you will immediately inform the therapist so that the pressure and/or strokes, and/or exercises may be adjusted to your level of comfort. You further understand that massage/exercise should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and that you should see a physician, chiropractor or qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment of which you are aware.

You understand the massage therapists and trainers are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such. Because massage/training should not be performed under certain medical conditions, you affirm that you have stated all your known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly.

You agree to keep the Jev's RRFit updated as to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the Jev's RRFit part should you fail to do so.

You also understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by you will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates:

If Customer purchased a gift certificate for someone, it is an e-gift certificate which means it will be emailed directly to the recipient. Customer is responsible to supply Jev's RRFit with a valid email address. Jev's RRFit are not held responsible if the email address is not valid. Jev's RRFit will be happy to email the certificate again once Customer have given Jev's RRFit a valid email address. Jev's RRFit will not refund the gift certificate due to lack of information.

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If your gift certificate is expired our site will not allow Customer to use it and Customer will not be refunded. All gift certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REDEEMABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
