This is a package that gives me access to a certain number of IBA consults in a 12 month period for no additional charge other than what is paid monthly as part of this plan. It is my responsibility to collect and mail samples and book consults, and to keep track of how many IBA consults remain in the 12 month time period (though proper use of your code will allow Acuity Scheduling to also keep track for you). This 12 month expiration may be adjusted upon agreement with Travis Elliott, especially if shipping delays prevent use of the full package within the 12 months.
