All packages and wellness series have an expiration date. These are meant to be purchased and used on a consistent basis for maximum results. Expiration dates may not be extended. Packages may not be shared or transferred. All sales are final.

Memberships/Subscriptions Dues are automatically collected each month. Membership can be canceled with 30 days advance notice ONLY by email ONLY. Once cancelled, membership may not be reinstated for 6 months. All lapsed payments are subject to a 3% per day late fee and does not serve as cancellation. It is your responsibility to make sure your card is up to date, to check emails pertaining to unsuccessful payments, and to contact us to avoid a lapse in payment. If your membership lapses for more than 48 hours you may be charged an additional fee.

Herbal School courses are binding for the FULL YEAR of the course. The entire amount must be paid by the end of the year, including all applicable fees for late payments. You will not be permitted to move to the next year course or become certified if you have not taken care of all class and/or late fees. Payments are to be made on the same day each month. It is your responsibility to make sure all information is updated for auto-withdrawal to avoid fees. If you need to change the day of the month, please do so by sending an email to LaToyia.Mays@thelayacenter.com. Your day switch will be changed on the following month. If your card declines for any reason, please call or go to the auto email link to update the information, you will be charged 3% per day late fee after 24 hours of the delayed payment. These fees will be sent to you via invoice. See specific information in chosen payment plan option. PLEASE MAKE SURE ARE ABLE TO FULFILL YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATION BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS COURSE.
