What You Get With Me:

-- A dedicated business / mindset coach who will give you advice, resources, and help you with the nitty gritty.

-- Someone who seriously cares about YOUR success as a music studio owner. This is not a "one bit of advice fits all" experience. This is about your specific brand of awesome.

-- Coaching package clients get 48 hour email service. If you have a question between sessions, I will be there for you. And most often, I'm there in less than 12 hours.

-- Heads up, my dears! I might give you advice that you might not always want to hear. (I promise that I'll say it in a super nice way!) Sometimes we have to work through the tough stuff to get to a new phase in our business.

Important Legal Stuff:

-- The client (that's you!) is solely responsible for creating their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and their coaching calls and interactions with the Coach (that's me!). The Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.

-- Limited Liability: Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. (AKA... I don't have a crystal ball and I cannot guarantee that you'll make crazy amounts of monies after our work together.) In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.

BUT REALLY...

-- In a nut shell: I'm a business / mindset coach, but I am not a fortune teller, lawyer, accountant, or counselor. Full disclosure: I also cannot play the ukulele. If during our coaching you require skills of said professionals or are seeking ukulele playing advice, I will help you find the proper resources!

Customer Cancellations/Rescheduling for 1:1 Sessions:

-- Need to change your session date/time? (Hey! Life happens!!) You can TOTALLY cancel/reschedule IF your appointment is more than 24 hours away.

-- No rescheduling or refunds are available if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.

-- Because a group element cannot be recreated 1:1, I cannot offer rescheduling or refunds are available for group sessions. Recordings will be available for those who have to miss class.

-- Package contracts begin the day of your first package coaching session. It is the client's responsibility to schedule and reschedule sessions. Unused sessions will expire after the determined # of days in your package.

Refund Policies:

-- Purchasing a self-paced course or product? You'll have 14 days to request a reason for refund via email to sara@savvymusicstudio.com. After that time, no refunds will be issued.

-- No refunds are available for individual sessions, group classes (Branding Bootcamp), or Masterminds. Here's why: I'm 100% dedicated to finding solutions for my coaching clients. Every session and class is guaranteed to result in us coming up with solutions for your business and further resources that will help you. You will get your $$ worth. (It's up to you to implement!)

-- If you have purchased a coaching package and wish to discontinue after the first session, I will offer a reimbursement of the remaining coaching sessions. (Prorated for admin time.) And we can still be friends. To cancel a coaching package, send an email to sara@savvymusicstudio.com with your request within 48 hours of your first session.

-- If you've made a deposit to reserve a future 1:1 coaching opening and you change your mind within 48 hours of payment, I will provide a 100% refund. If you do not book your package within the agreed upon starting month, this deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
