Personal Training:

Our studio based and mobile Personal Training appointments are bookable as a recurring subscription, enabling you to secure your preferred slot in advance. These subscriptions are bookable on a minimum of 4 sessions (1 per week for a month) and can be cancelled at any time by the client.

Clinic Treatments:

All treatments require a 50% non refundable payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. These can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
