When doing activities with me, it is up to you the individual to assess whether you are ready for the class that you have chosen. If you are unsure please contact me directly for advise.

If you are pregnant and have not done yoga with me before now is not the time to start. If you become pregnant whiles on a course with me please inform me straight away. I am fully pre & post fatally trained and Pelvic health trained. It is essential I know as I will ne ed to adapt some poses.
The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. I advise having minimal equipment to help you such as yoga mat, belt, blanket’s, and block if possible available from the links above.
If you are working online with me you are responsible to make sure that you can see and hear the class properly on your device and also that you position the device in such a way that you are visible to the teacher.
All class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by us. You can change/cancel the booking any time up to 1 hour before the class. If you wish to reschedule a class you can do so by contacting Janine directly
