Rebecca Schwarz is referred to as “RSSL”

The Student/Client is referred to as “the Singer”

REFUNDS

Payments, once made, are not refundable.

VOCAL HEALTH AND LEARNING

RSSL will advise about voice care but ultimately this is the responsibility of ‘the Singer”.

RSSL will ensure you have the tools you need to progress but it is “the Singer”’s responsibility to practice between lessons.

CANCELLATIONS

If “the Singer” fail to attend lessons without giving proper notice of absence the full fee for that session will still be charged.

Proper notice is at least 5 day's notice.

TUTOR ABSENCES

The tutor reserves the right to cancel lessons due to illness or other unforeseen events. Should this happen the singer will receive a credit for another lesson.

SICKNESS

If the Singer has a contagious illness, such e.g. colds in the early stages of excessive sneezing, coughing etc, you must not come to your lesson unperson. Give as much notice as possible and the lesson can be carried out online instead of in person.

NECESSARY MATERIALS

All materials given must be brought to every lesson.

It is often useful to record exercises in the lessons and a recording device can be very useful.

DATA PROTECTION

The Singer consents to RSSL storing information about the Student in relation to their lessons.

CANCELATIONS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS, Including VOCAL EXPLORERS' MEMBERSHIP

Payments made are non-refundable.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime by giving written notice to RSSL. If notice, or any other formal contact is made, it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure any contact has been received. If no response is received within a day please chase up any message sent.

Make sure you book before the expiry date (2 months for 3 lesson bundles).
