Membership Hold/Cancellation Policy

Hold: With 7 days notice via email, we can place your membership on hold for up to 3 months (1 month minimum). In case you need to take a trip or something like that.
Cancellation: With 7 days notice via email, we'll cancel your membership and send you workout motivation to try to get you back! Without 7 days prior notice, you will be charged for the month but not the next month.
Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription Level: Email josh@crossfitvashon.com to cancel your current subscription, then renew at the desired level.
