Cancellation & Refund Policy

Eff Agency reserve the right to cancel any appointment should payment not be received within the allocated time frame. Considering the current environment and COVID-19, all payments made to Eff Agency are non-refundable. Any re-schedule less than 48 hours beforehand will incur a 100% cancellation fee, while reschedules between 48 - 72 hours before will incur a 50% charge. Re-schedules before this time are allowable and we will do our utmost to accommodate any changes or we will issue a refund in this case.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure, In the unlikely event of injury or sickness beyond Eff Agency's control, their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. We will endeavour to find a replacement artist for you in our team (one of the benefits of going with us over an individual freelancer), but failing that we will do our utmost to find a replacement artist of the same calibre.

While purchasing, you have given us (Eff Agency) access to certain data, or information, about you. We do not have any intentions of disclosing or sharing those, they are for our own internal use only.
