Terms of Agreement for Online Scheduling

Welcome to ChiroFix Acupuncture & Functional Medicine’s online scheduling service. Please read the following terms of use carefully before using our online scheduling system. You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with our healthcare providers through this platform.
Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff.
We recommend scheduling appointments at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in restricted access to online scheduling or services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to arrive on time for your appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
