ChiroFix FlexFit Terms of Agreement

1. Introduction Welcome to ChiroFix FlexFit. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions (a) "ChiroFix FlexFit," "ChiroFix FlexFit Website," or "We/Us/Our" refers to the provider of the services mentioned in this agreement.

(b) "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing and using our services.

(c) "Services" refers to all the products, programs, and resources offered by ChiroFix FlexFit.

1. Service Description (a) ChiroFix FlexFit offers workout programs and related content designed to assist users in achieving their fitness goals.

(b) The subscription provides a monthly training program of [3 or 4 or 5 or 6] workouts per week, customized based on the user's fitness goals and available equipment.

(c) The subscription does not include coaching services, and users are responsible for choosing their own weights and exercising safely without direct oversight.

1. User Eligibility (a) Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age.

(b) If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to this agreement.

1. Subscription and Payment (a) Users must subscribe to access the workout programs. The subscription fee will be clearly stated on our website/app.

(b) Payment for the subscription will be processed through the payment method specified during the sign-up process.

(c) The subscription fee is non-refundable, except where required by law.

1. Intellectual Property (a) All content provided by ChiroFix FlexFit, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and workout plans, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

(b) Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

(c) Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our explicit written consent.

1. Disclaimer of Liability (a) While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties or guarantees.

(b) ChiroFix FlexFit shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services.

1. Termination (a) ChiroFix FlexFit reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's subscription and access to services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

(b) Users may cancel their subscription at any time by following the designated cancellation process.

1. Privacy Policy (a) Our Privacy Policy, available on the ChiroFix FlexFit Website, explains how we collect, use, and protect user information.
2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (a) This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].

(b) Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [Your Country/State] in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association].

1. Entire Agreement (a) This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between ChiroFix FlexFit and the user, superseding any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
