1. You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked, without any additional costs or fees.
2. If you cancel your subscription, you do not lose your remaining visits and there is no expiration date. However, we do not give refunds for unused treatments & services.
3. Your billing cycle starts on the day you purchase your subscription.
- For example, if you start your subscription on the 6th, you won't be billed again until the 6th the following month.
4. All unused treatments/services from one month will roll over to the next month.
- For example, if you subscribed to a 4 visit/month subscription and only use 2 of those visits during a one month period, you will have 6 the following month.
5. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. However, please contact us first so we can make the necessary changes since this is not something you can do online.
6. Subscriptions can be shared with
immediate family members, but are not valid to be used for new patient visits.
New patient visits must be purchased separately.
