I will also provide you with at-home workouts at request once we have worked together for a significant period of time so I am comfortable with your ability to perform exercises correctly at home. Sessions are 45 minutes long and I will occasionally incorporate Pilates Equipment into our sessions. My goal is for you to walk away from each session feeling energized, not achy and sore.
I like to think that I help people through their fitness journey by providing them the tools and knowledge to make healthier choices as well as provide emotional support and encouragement as well.
