ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement is between I, the Client (Client), and Rebecca Bangura (Coach) for the provision of coaching services.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, I confirm I have read the following information and understand my rights and responsibilities as the Client.
I enter this relationship taking full responsibility for my participation and do not hold Rebecca Bangura or Beautiful Disruptions Pty Ltd responsible for my choices. I release Rebecca Bangura and Beautiful Disruptions Pty Ltd from any liability or outcomes resulting from coaching.
Coaching services are provided by the Coach to the Client remotely via either a voice-only or video conferencing format, as selected by the Client.
Coaching is focused on career and life and will address specific personal projects and general conditions in the client's life and career. Coaching services include, but are not limited to; value clarification, brainstorming, identifying strategies and plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests or suggestions for action.
Ahead of the initial session, the Coach will issue a Client Information form, Questionnaire and any other necessary documentation to the Client. These will be provided as online forms and can be made available in PDF format at the Client's request. All forms are to be returned by the Client to the Coach at least 48 hours ahead of the session. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation and forfeit of the session.
The Coach will at times provide activities and exercises for the Client to complete in advance of a session in order to maximise the benefit of the coaching session. The Client is required to make a genuine effort to complete tasks provided.
Throughout the working relationship, the Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The Client understands that successful coaching requires a co-active, collaborative approach between Client and Coach. In the coaching relationship, the Coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the Client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change.
The Client understands that the Coach does not provide medical, financial or legal advice and agrees to seek these services separately if and when needed.
In entering into the coaching relationship the Client agrees that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the coaching relationship, they will notify the Coach immediately to discuss an appropriate referral to a medical practitioner.
FEES & PAYMENT
The number of sessions, fee payable and payment schedule are outlined in the package description.
Payment is required in advance of all coaching sessions and is non-refundable once coaching has occurred.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
In the event the Client elects to cancel services, the Client must provide written advice and complete a survey provided by the Coach, prior to the any refunds being processed.
The Client also acknowledges refunds are only available for unredeemed coaching sessions and that any refunds will be subject to the deduction of:
In the unlikely event the Coach needs to cancel services, the Client will be provided with written notification as soon as practicable. The Client will be refunded for all unredeemed coaching sessions as soon as practicable.
Cancellation without charge requires 48 hours notice prior to appointment.
The Client can, at any point in the coaching session, declare their preference not to discuss a specific issue. The Coach agrees to respect this boundary and will not pursue the conversation along those lines.
The Coach will work within the professional ethics and guidelines as designated by the International Coaching Federation (see www.coachfederation.org).
All information about the coach/client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in rare circumstances where decreed by law (i.e. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information) or in the event there is deemed to be an intent to seriously harm someone.
