Learn to Lift! During 2 90-min sessions, you’ll learn how to execute foundational compound movements (squat, hinge, press, pull, etc.) that will create a well-rounded strength training plan specific for you and your goals. This package includes a 6-week program (typically $150/month) delivered via TrueCoach app which includes videos and instructions on how to complete the workouts. You'll also receive coaching feedback (you can upload videos to Truecoach or via text/email) and virtual check-ins via the app to see how your each week is going. Additional sessions and programming beyond 6 weeks are available, as well.
