Student/Family agrees to arrive for meetings on time and respond to email and phone messages within 48 hours. Student must notify College Calm 48 hours in advance to cancel a session. If a student or parent misses or cancels a session less than 48 hours in advance, the family will be charged for the meeting time.

Student agrees to take responsibility for their own high school process by staying engaged, showing initiative, making decisions, and meeting deadlines. Student will come to each meeting prepared, having done the assignments set forth by their counselor. Students agree only to submit work that is wholly their own.

Take all actions required for college applications: Send official test scores to colleges. Secure academic and personal recommendations. Send transcripts. Submit applications by the deadline. Check student portals. Apply for financial aid and/or scholarships. Monitor the status of college applications and advise colleges of enrollment intentions.
