WINKS & KISSES POLICIES

DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment at a later date.

LATE POLICY: Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minute delay, when a client is late for their scheduled time. In addition, we maintain the right to cancel an appointment if a client is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY: If a client is a no call/no show for their appointment, your deposit is forfeited and you will be charged the full amount of the service. However, I do understand that things happen that are out of our control. If you know that you are not going to make it to your appointment, please communicate with me if you can. In most cases, I am always willing to work with you and reschedule your appointment

EARLY /SUNDAY APPOINTMENT REQUEST: An additional $25 will be added to all appointments (excluding weddings) booked before 8am. An additional $50 will be added to all appointments booked on Sundays
