A summer membership to Bloom includes unlimited entry to play sessions during summer hours* from June 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025.
First child $100; Siblings $75 - pays for itself in 10 visits!

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Membership Agreement:

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Bloom Waldessori Play Space (“Bloom”) and the undersigned adult parent/caregiver of membership holders (the “Members”).

1. Membership Benefits and Fees

Membership includes entry for one child and their authorized caregiver(s). Subsequent memberships for additional children in the same family includes entry for one additional child and their authorized caregiver(s). Siblings under 6 months of age do not require a membership and there is no fee for that sibling to join older siblings for their visit to Bloom.

The Summer Membership sessions will be validated beginning June 1. Any sessions booked before June 1 will require payment via other means (daily rate, regular membership, or gift card).

Membership fee is $100 for first child and $75 for siblings which will be charged upon purchase in full.

2. Change of Information

The Member shall promptly notify Bloom in writing of any change in address, telephone number, billing information, authorized caregiver information, or emergency contact information.

3. Term
The summer membership contract begins on June 1, 2025, and concludes on August 31, 2025.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations are not pro-rated and purchase is non-refundable once paid.

5. Disclaimer of Liability and Consent to House Rules:

Member will be required to have on file a current signed Registration and Waiver/Consent Form, which will be provided on or before Member’s first day visiting Bloom. Member agrees to Bloom’s “House Rules” which are outlined within the Registration and Waiver/Consent Form.

6. Revocation of Membership:

At the sole discretion of Bloom, membership may be revoked at any time, or extension of membership may be denied, if the Member consistently failed to observe the rules and regulations or has otherwise behaved in a manner contrary to the best interest of Bloom or its members.

Sibling membership is valid when purchased along with a first child membership.
