By making this purchase you are agreeing to the cancellation policy below:
If you fail to submit the signed Participant Agreement which will be send to you by the organizer after the payment was received, we cannot hold a place for you in the Retreat and you will be deemed to have cancelled your reservation.
If "You" cancel before October 28th, you will receive a full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).
If "You" cancel between October 28th and November 29th, 60% of your payment will be refunded (*minus a 5% processing fee).
If "You" cancel between November 29th and January 1st, 30% of your payment will be refunded (*minus a 5% processing fee).
If "You" cancel from January 1st, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances (Including flight cancellations, travel delays, COVID-related illness or travel bans or restrictions or other illness or injury).
*The 5% processing fee will be calculated based on the total amount you paid for the retreat.
PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE AS SOON AS YOU HAVE MADE YOUR RESERVATION. Most plans let you upgrade to include “cancel for any reason”coverage and “interruption for any reason coverage” which will provide at least some reimbursement for cancelled or interrupted trips.
