Gift certificates never expire and will be honoured for their full amount towards training services only. Gift certificates are not valid for daycare, boarding, grooming or merchandise.

Puppy class packages must be used before the puppy is 20 weeks of age. Unused portions will be forfeited.

Private sessions must be booked directly with your trainer.
