Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule just for you. Out of respect for your stylist and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24-hour notice, will incur a fee of 100% cost of appointment scheduled.
