Promotional treatments expire a year after purchase. Any monetary value expires 7 years after purchase (monies can be used towards other packages and treatments, regular treatment price will be deducted for each visit. For use with acupuncture treatments only, no product purchases.

Any Missed Appointments fall under the office's missed or no-show policy (less than 24 hours' notice will be charges the full amount unless deemed an emergency).

Refund Clause: The patient may received unused fees (prorated from regular non-discounted treatment cost) due to them if they wish to cancel their treatment, or if I am unable to deliver treatment for any reason.
