Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Purchased gift certificates do not expire. (This does not apply to gift certificates that were given for free as part of a promotion, expiration date on promotional gift certificates will be made explicitly clear at the time they are given)

Certificates can be transferred to another person if you no longer wish to use it. Certificates cannot be transferred after any portion of the certificate has been redeemed. Promotional gift certificates may not be transferrable.

Cancellation policy applies to gift certificates, if your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the cost of the cancellation fee will be applied to the gift certificate, if the gift certificate does not cover the entire fee the remainder will be charged to the card on file.
