I agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Your Coach will provide you with coaching services to facilitate your achievement of specific mutually agreed goals. This will be achieved through one or multiple sessions of specified duration.

2. All information shared during the coaching process and Coach’s written notes will remain private and confidential unless the Client state otherwise, except as required by law.

3. Session dates and times will be mutually arranged. It is important that Client is on time for these sessions. If for some reason, the Client is unable to keep an appointment, please inform the Coach as soon as possible. No cancellation of appointments within 24 hours prior to the appointment.

4. The Client understands that payment is due (where applicable) and shall be made at the time of service, or in advance. For online sessions, payments shall be wired in advance, the agreed upon fee for the sessions for the upcoming month, unless other arrangements are agreed to by the Coach

5. Amount paid is non-refundable.
