(1) Cancellation Policy: Packages and Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may reschedule your appointments anytime, as long as you provide a 24-HOUR notice. Packages and gift cards are valid for one year.

(2) Test locations: Packages containing DIFFERENT TYPES OF TESTS may sometimes require you to complete these tests AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, typically within a few miles from each other. You may check the locations on the test page before you book, and on your confirmation emails after you schedule.

(3) Scheduling a package of tests: You will receive a code upon purchasing the package. Simply click on the code to pick a time. If you are completing two or three tests at once, PLEASE REMEMBER TO SCHEDULE ALL YOUR TESTS INDIVIDUALLY. You will only be booked for the test(s) that you schedule.
