This 30-day program starts on January 14th. You professional team will help you focus on various aspects of your own self-care, such as nutrition, stress management, sleep, activity, and psychological well-being. We will guide you in identifying areas and ways in which you can improve your self-care; experimenting with new practices, "outlets" and techniques; and kick-starting long-term helpful habits.
After purchasing your package, please:
- Schedule both 60-minute massages with either therapist in the "Massage Therapy" category.
- Sign up for both Yoga classes on January 14th and 28th in the "Small Group Fitness" category.
